Receipt Template Maker

Intellectual Property Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

This policy explains ownership, authorized uploads, trademark references, and how rights holders can submit notices.

Receipt Template Maker materials

The operator owns or licenses the Service code, original interface, documentation, fictional designs, and Receipt Template Maker branding. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the Service under the Terms.

User content

You retain rights in content you upload and grant the limited operational license described in the Terms. You must have permission to use every logo, image, font, trademark, and text you submit.

Third-party marks

Brand names in descriptive landing pages are used only to identify the format users may be searching for. Pages are unaffiliated alternatives and should not copy official logos, trade dress, store numbers, policies, or transaction data.

Copyright and trademark notices

A notice should identify the protected work or mark, the material and URL at issue, the complaining party’s contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature. Submit notices through Report Abuse. We may request additional information, remove material, notify the affected user, and consider a valid counter-notice where applicable.

Repeat infringement

Accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement may be restricted or terminated. Formal U.S. DMCA safe-harbor procedures require a registered designated agent; the operator should not claim DMCA registration until it has actually completed that process.
